I believe working on your fitness should be fun, challenging, and most importantly, about your individual goals and capabilities. Everyone is different, and so your personal training should be tailored to you.
Training sessions can be 1 to 1, or if you want to get together with a group of friends or work colleagues, we can work in small groups. It’s fun, convenient, and not in a gym environment.
Your workout and equipment
I use many fitness teaching techniques and have a range of up-to-date equipment including kettlebells, boxing gloves, dumbbells, agility ladder and more. Sessions are always different so you won't get bored. You just need to turn up to your session, switch off and enjoy the workout I have planned for you.

At each session I will motivate you to work hard and to enjoy training, it's really important to me that you feel relaxed with me and we can have a laugh, I know that a happy client is a client that will achieve positive results.
My aim is for you to have fun and to switch off from any stresses and worries you have in everyday life. I believe that I achieve this as I keep the loyalty of the people I train.
