I can highly recommend Lorraine – I’ve been training with her for 3 months and can really feel the difference in my strength and stamina. It’s really helped my badminton game as well – I’m moving around the court much better, reaching shots I would previously not have come close to, and hitting the shuttle much harder. I have really focused on my fitness over the last couple of years, although I was fit and happy with my body shape, what I hadn't realised was how poor my posture, flexibility and core was. Lorraine could see where my weaknesses were and constantly reminded me to keep my core in on every exercise....she still does!
