What Quayside Personal Training gives me is a personal trainer that is firm but fair, makes sure I push myself - but safely.  I don't have to think about what exercises I should do, how many reps or for how long, I just turn up and Lorraine has a plan all mapped out - I never get bored.  With my job I find it hard to make plans - things can change quite quickly but Lorraine is very flexible and can accommodate my schedule changes.   Over the past 6 months my fitness level has increased, my strength and stability have improved. Lorraine keeps an eye on my technique, making sure I exercise correctly to maximum effort and I'm seeing the benefits every day.

I had been training for a few months and thought I was doing well.  Lorraine shows me how high intensity training works and it pushes me far beyond what I had believed possible. I've been able to use these methods in every day gym sessions making huge leaps in my fitness.  I also ran my diet past Lorraine and after showing her the five day eating plan she got me to complete, made some great recommendations allowing me to add a lot more variety and healthy options into my diet hence giving me more energy and losing weight.  Money very well spent can't recommend enough.

I can highly recommend Lorraine – I’ve been training with her for 3 months and can really feel the difference in my strength and stamina.  It’s really helped my badminton game as well – I’m moving around the court much better, reaching shots I would previously not have come close to, and hitting the shuttle much harder.  My opponents have definitely noticed the difference!  The sessions are hard but fun, and no two are the same because Lorraine varies the exercises every time.

I really enjoy Lorraine’s lunchtime circuit sessions.  Getting out of the office and working out with colleagues gives me a real energy boost - whatever the weather!  Lorraine comes to us, so it means that we can easily fit in a session during our lunch break – which is great when trying to fit activity into a busy lifestyle.  Each week we do something new, which keeps working out fresh; and Lorraine offers alternatives and variations to suit all levels of fitness.  In only half an hour we have a fun, total-body cardio workout.

I have really focused on my fitness over the last couple of years, although I was fit and happy with my body shape, what I hadn't realised was how poor my posture, flexibility and core was.  Lorraine could see where my weaknesses were and constantly reminded me to keep my core in on every exercise....she still does!   If you want an honest, frank and motivating PT I highly recommend Lorraine.
