I train clients outdoors on the Quayside on Broad Chare - NE1 2HJ (behind the Law Courts). It’s a nice, quiet location. You walk past Tesco Express onto Broad Chare, where I train is called the Sandgate Egg Sculpture on google maps.

Or I can train you at your home / outdoor space if you live nearby on the Quayside. This works well for some of my clients.

I can also train you remotely via zoom (some of my clients prefer a mixture of in person and zoom sessions).

Terms & Conditions

You must give 24 hours notice to cancel a session, notice of less than 24 hours will incur a full payment of the session fee.
Payment to be paid in cash at your session or bank transfer before your session.
Arrive / be ready on time because I cannot guarantee that a session can overrun due to other commitments.
