I train outdoors behind the Law Courts on Newcastle Quayside. It’s a nice, quiet location. There is plenty of space for running, hill sprints, and stair running (if appropriate for you) and then the area next to the egg sculpture is used for strength and core work. It‘s a really good outdoor space for training in.
Also you get to train in the fresh air, my clients always feel better after an outdoor training session.
Or I can train you at your home if you live nearby on the Quayside or Newcastle City Centre. This works well for some of my clients.

This is a great core workout. It looks easy but you quickly feel the burn. Give it a try, if you don’t have a weight a filled water bottle will do the job.
