Update April 2021: I am training outdoors during the coronavirus restrictions, socially distanced, so if you would like to try this then get in touch and we can arrange a session. I train behind the Law Courts on the Quayside, it’s a nice quiet location (see photo). I also train some clients remotely via Zoom, this could work for you if you prefer to train from home.
